The Prösslbräu Adlersberg brewery inn is a former monastery complex that combines tradition and coziness and, with its idyllic setting, invites you to linger in the beer garden as well as in the rustically furnished interior. Here you can expect not only a wide selection of in-house beers, which are brewed with craftsmanship and attention to detail, but also a variety of Bavarian delicacies prepared with heart. We would also like to welcome you to our small hotel.

Over the course of the year, seven different types of bottom-fermented beer are brewed in our brewery. We are particularly proud of Franzi's Advent Bock, a light-colored Bock that sweetens the Christmas season, and our dark Doppelbock Palmator, which attracts thousands of visitors to the Adlersberg every year on Palm Sunday.
