The Adler brewpub and inn in Moosbeuren is located in Upper Swabia, between Biberach and Ulm, surrounded by hills, fields, and forests with views of the Bussen. Under the motto “From the region, for the region”, Maria Britsch and her children Franz-Josef, Bernadette, and Valentina allow only regional ingredients in their cuisine and beer.

Enjoy our authentic cuisine made from fresh produce in a cozy, family atmosphere. You can expect seasonal specialties made with ingredients such as wood garlic, asparagus, crispy duck, and wild game. In addition to the traditional brewpub with side room, beer garden, and hotel, the cross-vaulted cow barn has been converted into a large ballroom.
The newly renovated “Sud-Stall” is the perfect location for your wedding, family gathering, or company party.
