A passion for beer
Every step in our beer-making process, from the selection of raw ingredients to the glass the beer is served in, is approached with thought and care to ensure we maintain our quality standards. For us, it is important to work closely with the farmers in the region, often committing to long-term contracts with them. This not only guarantees us the best barley possible for our beer, but it also gives the local farmers the security they need to survive. Similarly, we only source our hops from the Hallertau and Tettnang regions, made world-famous by their high-quality product.

Brewery seminars
Experience the beer-making process from beginning to end: grinding the malt, mashing in, lautering, boiling, removing the spent grains, and moving the wort to the fermenter. Includes a traditional Bavarian breakfast of Weißwurst, traditional Franconian pork shoulder in beer sauce for lunch, and free beer and water all day!
Seminars can be privately booked for groups of 10 or more.
