The traditional, family-owned Brewpub and Hotel *** in the heart of the Allgäu. Our restaurant offers space for 160 people, and features an open demonstration brewery, distillery, and a winter garden with removable glass windows. In the summer, our small but inviting beer garden offers seats for an additional 100 people. In addition, our cozy hotel rooms reflect our tradition and passion for beer and brewing.

Experience through and through

Let our cuisine delight your senses! On offer are dishes made with beef from neighboring farmers, game from local hunters and cheese from cheese makers. These are, of course, accompanied by beer bread, home-brewed beer, soft drinks and water from Johann Grander. As devoted practitioners of the slow food movement, and accordingly proud members of SlowFood and LANDZUNGE, we take pride in only offering the very best of our high-quality local food specialities. An exceptional beer treat that we offer is your very own table, complete with your own tap (seats max. 12 ppl).
