Dachsenfranz Kellerbier naturally cloudy, unfiltered, delicious & robust in taste - our classic Dachsenfranz Dark, malty & roasted notes, reminiscent of coffee & fine chocolate Dachsenfranz Waldpils, brewed from distant herbs from aromatic hops from Hallertau/Tettnang Dachsenfranz Waize, our Hefeweizen with fruity aromas in smell & Taste Dachsenfranz Bright, harmoniously rounded malt aromas

Right next to the inn is today's Dachsenfranz beer factory, which emerged from the former Adler brewery. It is run by Tilman Werner in the seventh generation. In 1993 a beer was released for the first time under the name Dachsenfranz. The variety soon became a range and the fantastic history of the Dachsenfranz contributed to the beer and brewery being renamed.

Konstantin Ruf as head chef and Susanne Sambel as assistant to the management have been supporting the family business for many years with Doris Werner as managing director. Together with other employees in the hotel, kitchen and service areas, the team faces the constantly changing challenges of the present and future
