Typical Franconian
The menu entices with its diverse Franconian specialties. Along with fish, meat, and vegetarian dishes, we also serve homemade dumplings and typical Franconian roasts everyday. Throughout the year Grosch features various weekly specials. Each of these specials is accompanied by a delicious, premium quality beer directly from our brewery. The Grosch beers have always been known for their exceptional taste and purity. For more than 500 years travelers and guests, including Martin Luther, have had the opportunity to enjoy them.
Our Specialties
The true Grosch classic is the Grosch’n Bierleberle: goujoned chicken liver with roasted onions in a spicy beer sauce and a side of roasted potatoes.

Our classic dish
The Grosch’n Bierleberle
