A family business straight out of a picture book. Now in the third generation, son Tobias contributes his know-how and new ideas as master brewer. Daughter Petra Ott-Fischer runs the Neckarmüller brewery in Tübingen, and her sister Andrea Fischer-Ulbrich runs the business around the brewery and the hotel in Mössingen. And the grandchildren are growing into the family business. Tradition is not a question of age, but of attitude: preserving the tried and tested without losing sight of progress.
