Waren (Müritz), in the middle of a natural landscape and gateway to the Müritz National Park, offers the setting for a wonderful and relaxing adventure holiday with the Hotel “Am Brauhaus” as a starting point. Our hotel offers you 16 individual rooms in different categories, and the hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the Tiefwarensee and our small old town. The next morning you will be greeted by a delicious breakfast with many homemade and regional products.
At the Brauhaus Müritz, you can experience our Müritz water in its most beautiful form. You also have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful weather on one of our terraces with homemade cake or a cup of regional coffee. Our restaurant and our winter garden are perfect for a beer-filled break. Every Friday and Saturday we offer a special specialty of suckling pig from the panoramic grill. If the weather is bad, our federal bowling alley is available.

The small in-house brewery has been in operation since 2008. We brew our beer in 300 liters each. Of course, we brew here according to the German Purity Law and only use the four natural ingredients: hops, malt, yeast and water. The copper system is the heart of our restaurant/brewery, yet it is so compact that the system stands directly behind the counter and can be admired from the outside through a shop window on the first floor. Here we produce up to 8 different beer styles a year.
We have been brewing here at the Müritz brewery for over 13 years with our small copper brewing system with a capacity of 300 liters. However, our master brewers are slowly reaching their capacity and time limits with all their tricks. Planning to restructure and expand our brewery is currently underway. Afterwards, our brewery trainee will continue to operate it as a brewer and our current master brewer will go into his well-deserved retirement and will only support us with advice.
