Our Beer – Your Indulgence
Here at brewhouse Nittenau, we place great importance on sourcing our raw brewing materials regionally. For us, we focus on traditional production with low fermentation temperatures and sufficient time to mature.
Since 2007 we have produced our beer using 94 % renewable energy, making us the pioneers of solar beer production in the Upper Palatinate region of Bavaria.
