In our brewpub and inn, our honest Swabian cuisine is defined by a single word: Tradition. A glance at our food menu will cause any good Swabian’s mouth to water. We offer hearty soups, pork cheeks braised in dark beer sauce, and handmade Maultaschen. Despite our hearty menu, we haven’t forgotten the vegetarians, who can indulge in our Käsespätzle, made with beer cheese. Along with the various dining facilities, which can seat up to 150 people, we also have a wonderful beer garden and Bavarian-style bowling alley for your events and celebrations.

Since the end of 2012, we’ve had a modern brewery bar in Schwäbisch Gmünd. You can enjoy our Lamb brew beers and also our Swabian dishes in a nice traditional atmosphere. During some of the seasons we will have special events in which we tap bock beer barrels and also have live music.
