We have recently renovated many of our hotel rooms, creating large and comfortable spaces, well furnished using local wood in a traditional/modern style. A number of rooms have wide south facing terraces and our favorite, the Dolomiti Wellness Suites, feature a private infrared sauna and a Jacuzzi Bathtub. Many of our other rooms are furnished in the classic Tyrol style, traditionally charming and comfortable, ideal for a cozy escape in the mountains. We also provide on site parking and garage, ideal for those traveling with motorbike.
Home brewed beer and beer infused dishes Our Brewery/Osteria is casual and elegant, ideal for an aperitif or for a relaxed lunch or dinner, accompanied by one of our unique brews. Our seasonal menu fuses traditional dishes from the Alpine ladino valley and typical Italian cuisine, such as canederli, homemade tagliatelle or burrata; alongside contemporary pub food, including burgers, spare ribs and large steaks like tomahawks. Additionally in our bar, we prepare and serve both classic and signature cocktails, spirits and 100+ wine labels.

In our 5hl brewhouse we produce both traditional and contemporary beer styles, so you can enjoy anything from a traditional Helles or Weizen to IPA, Stout or a Pine infused Ale. Here in Campitello di Fassa, our water is sourced from Val Duron springs, light in mineral content and untreated, providing a glorious natural base for a mountain fresh brew. Furthermore, we collaborate with small local businesses to supply us with special ingredients like Alpine honey and herbs for our more locally inspired and experimental brews.
We are currently working hard to completely renovate our SPA, adding a swimming pool and an outdoor whirlpool, opening next winter 2024/2025. In the brewery we are continuing to experiment, producing new and interesting beers, exploring local ingredients and innovative techniques.
