Rampeèr Birrificio Dolomitico is situated in Val di Fassa, surrounded by the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage, an ideal location for excursions and skiing in the world’s largest ski destination, 1.200 km of slopes within the Dolomiti Superski.
Our third-generation family business Hotel Alpi offers 44 rooms of varying sizes and styles, including 18 rooms which are newly renovated.In 2020 we opened the first brewery of our small Alpine valley, it is a modern and welcoming Osteria/Bar where you can join us for a selection of home brewed beers and beer infused dishes. Our traditional copper brewhouse is showcased within our Osteria, where you may find Daniel busily brewing up a fresh batch.

Home brewed beer and beer infused dishes
Our Brewery/Osteria is casual and elegant, ideal for an aperitif or for a relaxed lunch or dinner, accompanied by one of our unique brews.
Our seasonal menu fuses traditional dishes from the Alpine ladino valley and typical Italian cuisine, such as canederli, homemade tagliatelle or burrata; alongside contemporary pub food, including burgers, spare ribs and large cuts of beef (picanha, tomahawk).
Additionally in our bar, we prepare and serve both classic and signature cocktails, 100+ wine labels and a selection of local and international spirits.

Traditional and modern
We have recently refurbished many of our hotel rooms, creating large and comfortable spaces, well furnished using local larch wood in a traditional/modern style. A number of rooms have wide south facing terraces and our favourite, the Dolomiti Wellness Suites, feature a private infrared sauna and a Jacuzzi Swirlpool Bathtub. Many of our other rooms are furnished in the classic Tyrol style, traditionally charming and comfortable, ideal for a cosy escape in the mountains.
Hotel guests can enjoy breakfast and dinner (if staying with HB) in the Hotel’s Tyrol style dining room.
We also provide on site parking and garage, ideal for those travelling with motorbike.

Includes
- Rampeèr Brewery tour: during the tour (approximately one hour) you will discover how we produce our beers, visiting the brewhouse located in the bar and the fermentation and maturation area downstairs. The tour continues with a guided tasting of four of our beers;
- Two bottles of beer to take home (2x75cl);
- One 50cl beer for each day of your stay;
- Accommodation with half board in the hotel (breakfast and dinner included).

Beer Culture
Mountain fresh brew
In our 5hl brewhouse we produce both traditional and contemporary beer styles, we have a rotating 10 tap beer list, where you can enjoy anything from a traditional Helles or Weizen to IPA, Stout or a Pine infused Ale.
Here in Campitello di Fassa, our water is sourced from Val Duron springs, light in mineral content and untreated, providing a glorious natural base for a mountain fresh brew. Our suppliers provide malts, hops and yeasts from various countries around the world in order to help recreate the traditional styles we love. Furthermore, we collaborate with small local businesses to supply us with special ingredients like Alpine honey, herbs and small batches of hops for our more locally inspired and experimental brews.
