In addition to preparing typical dishes special to the region, such as locally caught carp, our slow food approach to our culinary specialties extends into making our dishes using the local produce, when it’s in season. Fine asparagus or mushroom creations can end up on your plate, as can venison or poultry, but like with our produce, everything has its time. Hearty snacks and appetizers also have their special place on our menu. The homemade bread, which was baked in a wood oven with crushed malt, is one of our absolute culinary highlights! Our unfiltered beers, of course, are the perfect accompaniment to the dishes and are brewed in our very own small, country brewery.
